Staff were fabulous. Buffet breakfast excellent. Good location for flying out of Frankfurt airport next day. View of the river.
Three stories, no elevator. Restaurant food very good but expensive and small "nouvelle cuisine" type portions.

The owners are 2nd and 3rd generation owners and are very involved in it's operation. The meals were excellent and beautifully served. All the staff were helpful and nice. The rooms have all the amenities needed and are furnished in what we would consider "country" decor! We were very happy with our stay!
The room's lighting was was less bright than we are accustomed to and there was no lift, but our bags were carried up for us. These are minor issues. We still loved it.

I loved the fact it was 400 years old, but updated with modern conviences. Great location on the Hauptstrasse to go shopping and sight seeing.
